High Wycombe, UK, February 16th, 2006 – GEAR4, formally PodGear™ - The new brand from Disruptive Technology Channels to cover more than just iPod accessories today announces the IceBox X-Clip Series – an innovative family of products based around a hard, clear plastic case with unique interchangeable X-Clip accessories.

The launch of the IceBox X-Clip Series provides an all-in-one solution for iPod nano users looking for a case for their iPod that can also be used with other accessories. The crystal clear, super thin hard case not only enables iPod users to protect their iPod whilst still showing off its iconic looks, but its X-Clip attachment feature also allows them to clip on and off special GEAR4 X-Clip accessories, which fully integrate with the case.

Currently the thoughtfully designed case comes in two versions: the IceBox X-Clip, which is the basic model with belt clip attachment, and the Ice Box X-Clip Splitter, featuring both the belt clip attachment and interchangeable headphone splitter, meaning that friends can plug in their headphones too and share music. The X-Clip Series all come with a two-piece protective film for extra security and feature cut-outs, allowing easy access to all controls and ports.
