PodGear™ CarDock helps iPod hit the road

Disruptive Technology Channels today announces the launch of the PodGear™ CarDock, a unique in-car cradle and charger and the first product in the PodGear line of accessories for Apple's runaway international bestseller – the iPod mp3 player.

The PodGear™ CarDock provides a stylish solution to the problem of using iPods in cars, doing away with the clutter of cables and the associated heavy drain on battery power when linking iPods up to in-car hi-fi systems.

Unlike existing iPod car-chargers on the market, the PodGear™ CarDock offers completely cable-free charging so that your iPod remains easy to access, fully powered and no threat to in-car safety while you are on the road. Suggested retail price for the CarDock is £34.99 including VAT, and it will be on sale in stores this week.

The CarDock is the first in a range of own-brand PodGear™ accessories combining style and practicality from Disruptive Technology Channels, an innovative new player in the UK consumer electronics market. Forthcoming PodGear™ releases include iPod cases, cassette adapters, power adapters and a selection of accessories for the new iPod Mini.
